An amazing hospital. Thank you to all the wonderful, kind, caring staff who looked after my brother in the critical care unit. Would be great(er) if you used paper cups and not plastic ones. Let's save our planet.

Everything was perfect and all the staff were amazing from reception to radiographer, cleaning lady - people were amazing. I always felt like being at home when I was in this hospital.

The receptionist was unfriendly and didn't make eye contact. I have had a port put in here in 2014 and today we had to have a poor vein in my arm for CAT scan. I had phoned 2 weeks ago to say I had port and also on arrival but were receptionist did not respond. I was told it was not my fault that they could not access my port! I said I know as I had called in advance. Previously, it has been accessed.
